Swapping the sexy lace undergarment for a gold blazer, the 29-year-old hitmaker brazenly revealed her n***ked br***asts in a wardrobe malfunction of epic proportions.

Ironically covering her face with her hand, Lady Gaga picked up a takeaway pizza in New York City after attending her concert's after party.

Earlier that night, she had been sporting some serious under b**b as she emerged from Radio City in the Big Apple in her slightly less revealing outfit.
